Description
This stunning bronze cake pan is a rare find from the past. The entire piece is skilfully crafted in bronze and comes with a lid as well. The pan’s form and design is akin to most Southeast Asian countries with wells on the mould depicting fishes and shells and leaves. The outer rim on the mould is elevated to keep any spillovers within the pan and also holds the lid. The pan is equipped with two round handles looped into either side that allow for easy use.
This stunning piece has been procured from Thanjavur and is estimated to be between 60 and 70 years of age.
Styling and usage: This beautiful cake mould makes for the perfect décor accent and can be propped up on kitchen shelves and incorporated into dining room decor.
