Brass kindi

This beautiful kindi from the yesteryears makes for a wonderful addition to not just a pooja thali but for decor arrangements as well. Exceptionally crafted in brass, this kindi features traditional form and design with an elongated spout and a large bulbous vessel. The rim is beautifully crafted wit the bottom edge jutting out from the neck and Handle on top to hold the kindi. With its characteristic rounded profile, this pot is used to store and pour water for auspicious purposes. The pot is also enveloped in a rich patina that not only protects it but also adds to its vintage charm.

This beauty has been procured from Tirunelveli and is estimated to be between 40 and 50 years of age.

Styling and usage: This pot can be used for auspicious rituals or also used to hold short-stalked flowers in decor arrangements.
