This radiant Kohl container from decades past brings with it vintage charm from a time long gone. Exceptionally crafted in brass, the beautiful piece features a simple, 6-point kolh vessel with a small tab lid on top. The lid extends to a stem and dips into the vessel, acting as the applicator. The tab contakns wording that spells “India” and is extensively patinated. Small loops are crafted into either side of the points on the vessel and can be used to string it up. This charming cosmetic vessel is also enveloped in a rich patina that adds to its charm!
This piece has been procured from Kumbakonam and is estimated to be between 40 and 50 years of age.
Styling and Usage – This Kohl container can be placed on a jewellery tray on a dresser or used as an accent to add oomph to any arrangement.
