Description
This exquisite 7-wick hanging lamp crafted in bronze and cherished for nearly a century is sure to bring divine light into the home! It follows traditional form and design but is crafted in a large and heavy profile making it quite the stunner on its own. The lamp base is wide and circular with the column rising from the center and giving way to the lamp plate. The column continues upwards and is connected to a long chain with a hook on one end. The chain is connected to the lamp with an elaborately crafted loop for practical use. The entirety of the piece is also shrouded in a rich patina that settles into the nooks and adds to its age old charm!
This stunner has been procured from Kumbakonam and is estimated to be between 70 and 80 years of age.
Styling and usage: This hanging lamp can be used to add a beautiful golden hue to a door frame and can also be suspended against a gallery wall. It can also be hung from bodhils, wooden brackets or even under protected pergolas in the backyard.
