Description
This beautiful brass kamandalam is an exceptionally crafted piece that is decades old and will last many generations to come. The kamandalam follows traditional form with a large bowl elevated on a circular base. The neck is cinched in and rises, flaring outwards to meet the flattened handle that is secured on either side. The kamandalam is covered in a faint patina that adds to its old world charm.
This beautiful piece has been procured from Kumbakonam and is estimated to be between 30 and 40 years of age.
Styling and usage: This beautiful piece makes for a great addition to the pooja thali and can also be used as a decor accent on high shelves and amidst pre-existing arrangements.
