Description
This stunning figurine of Goddess Saraswati exudes a serene smile and a calm demeanor to the devotee. Well crafted in bronze, the four-armed goddess is seen seated on her pedestal— a lotus flower, playing her Veena. She is adorned in jewellery and elaborate attire and bears a crown on her head. The detailing on the features is kept simple but extends from the very top of the crown to the base of the pedestal. A rich patina settles into the nooks of the piece, accentuating it’s features and adding to it’s old world charm.
This beautiful figurine has been procured from Kumbakonam and is estimated to be between 50 and 60 years of age.
