Exceptionally crafted in bronze, the lota is seen standing on a circular base that tapers upwards to form the bowl on the piece. Small linear designs are etched around the circumference and add character to this beautiful drinking vessel. It also has a cinched in neck that travels upwards into a slightly flared, rim to allow for a comfortable drinking experience. A faint patina envelopes the piece, adding to its vintage charm.
This beautiful piece has been procured from Kumbakonam and is estimated to be between 60 and 70 years of age.
